This is a newly created role for an IT Business Partner for a Construction company based in the Hills District. Application focused, not Infrastructure.

The premise of the role will be to act as a conduit between the business users and the system teams and vendors. The responsibilities will align closely to a Business Analyst cum Project Manager (but not as formal).

The major project will be an ERP transformation, so prior experience working on a similar project in the construction industry would be ideal!

Skill set / Experience -

• Prior experience working as an IT Business Partner (Business Analyst and/or Project Manager)
• Proven experience working in the construction or manufacturing sector
• Project background in ERP implementation and delivery
• Working with business side (non-technical) users to understand ERP system requirements
• Strategic analysis of current and future state business processes and supporting systems
• Process improvement
• System optimization
• Partnering with 3rd party vendors and system integrators
• Experience in improving BI and reporting
• Creating a system roadmap
• Manage a software (SaaS) lifecycle (including release management)
• Change management and training
• Supporting cybersecurity initiatives
• Prior experience working with the Oracle Cloud product
• Prior experience working with Primavera

· Experience in Waterfall and Agile approaches to project management

· Strong time management skills

• The skill set to promote and improve relationships and partnerships across the organisation and key external vendors

Broad role, well suited to a commercially focused BA/PM.
