As such, we are currently recruiting for a Employee Experience Support Analyst to join our Employee Experience Product Team!

You will be providing 1st and 2nd level support for the Employee Experience Products, built on the Microsoft Technology Stack, taking full ownership of the Employee Experience support queue. You will have the opportunity to work closely with the product team, supporting the existing and new products in development and assist the adoption of their products within the business. Bringing the product to life for our internal IT and business stakeholders, you will provide one on one customer coaching around pre-developed “How-to’ and knowledge based articles, assisting with communications, training and producing documentation to reduce tickets being entered and the effective use of our Employee Experience products and technology solutions!

With previous experience in a technology support role (Level 1 &2), you will have a passion for customer service and building strong relationships with IT and business stakeholders. You will bring excellent written and verbal communication skills and passion for customer service. You will be confident in supporting a Microsoft environment, including some knowledge/exposure to, Active Directory, Outlook, Office 365 and other relevant applications. Experience supporting Sharepoint would be an advantage, even better if you have had experience setting up and maintaining Sharepoint sites, although this is not essential.
