We are seeking to appoint an energetic and dedicated General Manager to actively manage all aspects of our restaurant group and most importantly drive outstanding guest experiences.

The Venues

Hot Tamale is a contempory Mexican tequila bar and restaurant, located at the iconic Darwin Waterfront, right in the centre of Darwin. Established in 2012, Hot Tamale has been recognised nationally for our cuisine, beverages and service. This is no standard Mexican with 200 seat & over 300 agave distillates on the bar. We do things our way.

Snapper Rocks is our most recent opening, a 170-seat modern Australia, inspired by our Australian beach culture. Simple and delicious food, using quality ingredients and utilising our Mibrasa charcoal oven. On the beverage side we hero Australian produce, with an awarded 60 strong list of exclusively Australia wines, and cocktails with a local or Australia riff.

Daily Grind Café, established in 2014, is a high-volume café located in the northern suburbs.

With the owners, David and Kellie Robinson, wanting to take a new directions, focus on a new opportunity, we are now seeking a dedicated, hard-working, and proven hospitality management professional with a passion for driving sales, developing teams, managing expenses, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS

· 3 years restaurant management experience, including food & beverage & events.

· Strong leadership skills, outstanding communication, and exceptional time management.

· Willingness to take a hands-on management approach to develop, motivate, and lead an experienced team.

· Responsibility for the financial management & profitability of the restaurants or restaurant groups.

· Identifying and implementing new business opportunities and driving revenue generation.

· Ensure compliance of food and beverage operations according to the group policies, procedures, and legislative requirements.

· Monitor rosters and staffing ratios to achieve targeted wage percentages

Salary: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
