Excel Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced laundry worker / garment checker to join our client located in Footscray. Leading the laundry industry, our client prides themselves on providing excellent customer service and a high level of quality. They are highly regarded for their expertise and contribution the laundry industry.

About the role:

The role requires the successful to candidate to be able to manage the stock level of incoming and outgoing laundry along with processing invoices according. The role is based in a fast-pace environment so the ability to multitask is highly desired. Ensuring that items are tagged and scanned into the computer system and processed through the laundry facility accordingly.

Duties:

• Completing inventory stock reports

• Processing client invoices

• Tagging and scanning garments

• Laundry Inventory Control

• Customer service, answering phone calls, emails and enquiries

Skills and Experience

• Previous experience and knowledge of fast paced production environment

• Ability to multitask and think on their feet

• Strong attention to detail and very thorough

• Ability to detect faults and mistakes
