This is a full-time 12-month maximum term contract, with a possibility to extend, based at the Perth Head Office.


About the Role:


In this position, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals who are accountable for customer engagement required for relocation of transmission and distribution assets. This work arises due to network development projects, customer developments or government and community projects. The team is also accountable for assisting customers seeking to work in the vicinity of Western Power assets and managing co-siting arrangements with third parties.


About you:


The successful applicant will be experienced and competent in the following:


  • Tertiary qualifications in a commercial or business discipline;
  • Good knowledge and understanding of regulatory, legislative, process and policy requirements of working near electricity infrastructure;
  • Have relevant electricity network industry experience, skills and knowledge;
  • Good leadership, influencing, communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Previous management experience and solid knowledge and expertise within a Customer Service environment or related area;
  • Demonstrated ability to support and implement customer service strategies with specific knowledge of customer service principles and commercial practices;
