About the business and the role

We are committed to continuous improvement in the area of healthcare and Nursing education and we offer high quality, engaging, interactive online and blended delivery modes.

We are currently seeking an experienced and energetic persons to join our team in Perth, as Administration officer.

You will be the first point of contact for all client/student enquiries and will be required to demonstrate superior customer service /support and administration skills. This is a Full-time/ Part- time position.

Main Responsibilities include:

  • Assist in organising student accommodation, orientation day, welcome date, induction to safety systems and other activities at campus
  • Work closely with the Coordinators to organize individual learning plans/contract for students with reported learning difficulties
  • Assist the Coordinator to ensure that students have a positive learning experience while completing the course/s
  • Attend to student concerns or complaints as required and report this to the relevant department as required.
  • Maintain orderly filing systems for records, reports, correspondence and other documents
  • Provide student support services to both local and international students
  • Support the functioning of IHNA\\\'s courses by answering enquiries and ensuring that online support requests / complaints are allocated to respective administrator / E-learning Coordinator

Skills and experience

Selection Criteria:

  • Masters Degree in any Discipline (Required)
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft office suite
  • Ability to work independently and good time management skills
  • In-depth understanding of ASQA/ANMAC regulatory guidelines and standards is highly desirable.
