Training & Capability Lead (Solar Victoria)

The Training & Capability Lead is responsible for the development and delivery of training programs for workstreams within Solar Victoria.

Reporting to the Manager, Change & Engagement (CX) the position is embedded within the Customer Experience Division and works alongside a team of Business Analysts who are responsible for the development and delivery of the business processes and technology solutions required to deliver a great customer experience across our programs.

Specialist/Technical Expertise/Qualifications

  • Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of Training (Knowledge, Ability & Reinforcement) within Change Management methodologies & frameworks (e.g. ADKAR) and application within an Agile Delivery program (mandatory).
  • An appropriate tertiary qualification and or relevant experience in a similar role – Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
  • Demonstrated experience working as Change Analyst or Instructional Designer in large scale system developments and an understanding of the public sector environment is highly desirable
  • Exposure to contact centre environments and Salesforce is beneficial.

This is a fixed term position available for a period until 30 June 2021(Possible Extension Beyond).
