Reporting And Insights Officer (Solar Victoria)

The Solar Victoria Reporting and Insights Officer is responsible for providing strategic insights into the performance of the Solar Victoria rebate scheme leveraging a range of internal and external data points. The Reporting and Insights Officer will work closely with colleagues in the Customer Experience division and across the organisation to improve the timeliness of reporting and uplift the quality of insights in support of the Customer Experience and broader Solar Victoria Leadership team.

The role works within a small team who are accountable for the quality of master data records as well as providing strategic insights into performance reporting. You will be part of a highly motivated team who are agile in approach and able to adapt in a fast-moving environment.

Specialist/Technical Expertise/Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence or data insights disciplines
  • Experience in providing reports and briefs of a strategic and tactical nature.
  • Experience in designing and building interactive dashboard-style reporting (Tableau preferred)
  • Understanding of basic SQL would be an advantage.
  • Knowledge of Solar and the Solar industry would be an advantage.

This is a fixed term position available for a period of 2 years.
