Let’s talk about the role!

Reporting into the Customer Success Manager, you'll assist in managing relationships with our enterprise B2B customers, ensuring they get the most value out of their workforce development initiatives. 

You’ll run regular reporting in Excel, perform detailed analysis and manage complex projects. Additionally, you'll conduct customer-facing presentations and work with internal stakeholders to ensure our B2B customers and B2B learners have a seamless experience using our workforce development solutions. This role has a significant impact on our B2B customers and learners' experience with our core products. 

What’s more, you’ll get to work across multiple industries with a vast array of stakeholders at all levels – so there is a lot of potential for learning and development on the job. 

A typical work week will include some back end time full of reporting, lots of excel manipulation, preparing polished and professional presentations, meeting existing and potential customers, fixing ad-hoc issues, supporting B2B learners, attending internal meetings to discuss projects, and hitting deadlines.
