Your Impact !

As the Centre Director at Goodstart Heidelberg, you will use your experience and leadership qualities to engage and motivate your centre team to drive continuous improvement in all aspects across centre operation and to extend your network of relationships with children, families and educators. You will work in collaboration with your centre leadership team . 

Goodstart Heidelberg is a large 7 Room, 126 Place Centre, located close to local shops. Our Centre has large outdoor play spaces and backs onto a nature reserve. We also have a large comfortable staff room. We also have an Admininistration Assistant 4 days per week.

You’ll help achieve this by !!

• Holding a Diploma in Early Childhood Education
• Having previous Centre Director Experience, especially in a larger 60 plus place service
• Delivery our bespoke learning program developed in collaboration with global leaders in pedagogical practise
• Building fantastic relationships with families through daily contact in person and using specialist social media tools
• Working closely with your Administration Officer to build attendances through community netowrks, and national attraction programs
