Store Manager - Yes Optus Darwin Region
About the Business
Suntel Communications is the Largest Franchise operator of Optus Retail Stores in Queensland and the NT.
About the role
- Ensuring our customers receive prompt first class service and quality good and services.
- Promptly responding to our customers inquiries and resolving any customer complaints about goods and services.
- Planning and preparing work schedules, rostering staff and assigning staff to specific duties.
- Interview, hire, train & develop the staff in your store through various learning platforms, reviews and on-going development plan for succession planning.
- Instructing staff on how to handle sales procedures which are often quite complex.
- Examining and accepting customer returns including deciding upon the appropriate actions for these returns.
- Ordering stock for sale within the store and overseeing and performing monthly stocktakes.
- Ensuring point of sale materials are correctly merchandised and correctly priced.
- Ensuring the OH & S guidelines for the store are enforced and followed.
You will report directly to your Regional Manager with support systems of the following
- HR/Recruitment Officer
- Training Officer
- Marketing Officer
