About the role

  • Ensuring our customers receive prompt first class service and quality good and services.
  • Promptly responding to our customers inquiries and resolving any customer complaints about goods and services.
  • Planning and preparing work schedules, rostering staff and assigning staff to specific duties.
  • Interview, hire, train & develop the staff in your store through various learning platforms, reviews and on-going development plan for succession planning.
  • Instructing staff on how to handle sales procedures which are often quite complex.
  • Examining and accepting customer returns including deciding upon the appropriate actions for these returns.
  • Ordering stock for sale within the store and overseeing and performing monthly stocktakes.
  • Ensuring point of sale materials are correctly merchandised and correctly priced.
  • Ensuring the OH & S guidelines for the store are enforced and followed.

You will report directly to your Regional Manager with support systems of the following

  • HR/Recruitment Officer
  • Training Officer
  • Marketing Officer
