About the company
Our client is a leading provider of integrated drilling and blasting services in Australia. Due to a large project in the NT they are expanding their workforce and seeking Shotfirers to add to their established team.

About the role
- Inspecting blasting areas
- Co-ordinating equipment and people to deliver the blast to firing time
- Familiarity with a range of non-electric and electric blasting products
- Understanding of timing for best quality results
- Ordering and overseeing delivery of blast product
- Co-ordination of signage, clearance and notification for the blast
- Oversee the on-the-job training and safe work compliance of the shot crew members
- Safe use, transport and handling of explosives on site
Skills and experience
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
- Unrestricted NT Shotfirer's Licence
- National Police Check
- HR Drivers Licence
