The opportunity

Reporting to the Digital Team lead, you’ll be responsible for managing and enhancing our public facing website, supporting a wide range of marketing, regulatory and operational initiatives. The role aims to provide optimal experiences and digital journeys working alongside key stakeholders in the business and agency partners.


In addition, you’ll have an opportunity to

  • Contribute to improving online interactions with CareSuper in line with the fund’s digital strategy and objectives. Focus on content, tools and relevant digital marketing disciplines
  • Deliver E2E digital enhancements and projects: develop requirements, develop delivery schedules, project management, review and evaluate implementation.
  • Work with the team to ensure the CareSuper website is digitally optimised to maximise performance results – SEO, SEM, Social and always on digital marketing practices including re-marketing and retargeting activity.
  • Work with customer experience and web development SMEs to ensure the CareSuper website and microsites are working effectively to meet the needs of the fund and its members.


What you’ll bring

  • At least 4 years’ experience managing and developing websites in B2C and B2B market segments including strong attention to detail on UAT with HTML and PHP (Drupal CMS) looked upon favourably
  • An understanding of digital journey development, with strong knowledge around CX, UX and path to engagement principles
  • Demonstrated experience and understanding of digital marketing disciplines and how they impact engagement experience (off-site to on-site journeys). SEO, SEM, Social Media, video marketing, Marketing Automation and AI, digital re-marketing and re-targeting.
  • Experience working in agile methodologies
  • Analytical and commercial mindset, using data and insight to evaluate performance and recommend enhancements
  • Demonstrated experience working in regulated industries is preferred – ideally with experience in Financial Services, especially Superannuation.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to work efficiently in order to identify stakeholder needs, and manage multiple projects
  • Excellent verbal and written communications (including report writing) and presentation skills
