THE OPPORTUNITY…

We have an exciting opportunity for a Brand Marketing Manager to join our amazing Customer Experience team.

Reporting to the General Manager of Customer Experience this role will lead the Brand Marketing & Content teams and play a pivotal part in DECJUBA’s continued brand success.

Key Responsibilities…

• Establish & protect brand DNA & tone of voice for DECJUBA, DECJUBA GIRLS & D-LUXE
• Support in development of yearly CX strategy & calendar
• Ownership of CX milestone process. Responsible for driving cross-functional collaboration & alignment
• Creation of seasonal campaign briefs aligned to product direction & customer mindset, with clearly defined objectives & deliverables
• Key CX contact for product team. Oversee delivery of monthly omnichannel product stories
• Brand storytelling. Responsible for developing monthly content plans.
• Manage relationship with community & charitable partners
• Oversee retail marketing – LAM, centre marketing queries & store openings
• Oversee retail communication
  
  

• A brand expert with strong knowledge of fashion retail trends & best practise
• Proven success developing engaging omnichannel campaign plans & growth strategies
• High attention to detail with strong organisational & planning skills
• Ability to develop effective and collaborative working relationships with internal departments and external business partners
• Ability and flexibility to succeed in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
• 5+ years marketing experience
• Tertiary qualification in relevant discipline
