JOB DESCRIPTION

CBH is a professional air conditioning and electrical service, maintenance, and installation company focused on delivering high-quality services to a broad range of clients.
With a growing maintenance contract portfolio, we are searching for a new administrator to join the team (option for flexible working hours for the right candidate).
Responsibilities include:
- Maintaining order and flow of timetables
- Scheduling and monitoring of jobs nationally
- Sourcing and ordering materials as required
- General data entry
- Filing and records control
Experience required:
- Exceptional communication and time management skills
- Microsoft Office & Excel
- Exceptional telephone manner
- Able to work autonomously
- Possess strong attention to detail
- Experience with simPRO & XERO
- Experience in a trade/services business preferred.
