Job Description:

Join our growing Sales Operations team to focus on APAC Deal Desk Management! In this role, you will partner with sales to drive and manage deal structure, agreement and execution in APAC, closing high quality business in a timely manner.

This role will work closely with sales leadership team in APAC, supporting them with insights into regional and global best practices to help accelerate commercial discussions.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Be the trusted advisor to sales team, collaborating on deal structure, agreement terms and conditions, pricing, product and commercial terms for non-standard transactions.
  • Review and verify incoming non-standard deals for accuracy, working closely with Sales, Sales Management, Legal, Revenue Recognition and other cross-functional teams on the commercial deal structure and agreement negotiation & generation, enforce the corporate approval matrix and associated policies.
  • Use professional concepts and company policies and procedures to solve a wide range of difficult problems in imaginative and practical ways
  • Identifies internal roadblocks, provide solutions and alternatives, communicate next steps, escalate where needed
  • Familiar with Salesforce, Apptus, product platforms and relevant processes, capable to support sales team on enquiries out from system integration, data/contract migration, process clarification
  • Advise sales and sales operations leadership to help manage overall business execution, being a key contributor to business reviews and forecast meetings
  • Leverage analytical and operational insights to identify andcontribute to deal process enhancement initiatives
  • Coaching/training team members and share best practice of the role as necessary
  • Participate in special projects as needed

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of prior knowledge and relevant experience in Deal/Contract management, preferably in an IT industry
  • Familiarity with operations, order processing, fulfillment, revenue recognition, legal contracts, purchase orders, license agreements
  • Ability to work well with cross functional teams and influence as well as build relationships with these teams
  • Excellent business acumen and well-developed problem-solving abilities
  • Organized, detail-oriented, motivated, persistent, with skills in diplomacy
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills in English; proficiency in other Asian language is an advantage
  • Experience with Salesforce.com
  • Demonstrated expertise with Microsoft Office suite including Excel, Word, PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the Sales environment is preferred
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • A proven ability to learn quickly
