Ribs & Burgers prides itself in serving gourmet burgers and succulent ribs cooked to perfection.

Our Subiaco store is looking for experienced and enthusiastic Grillers to join the team.

Your day to day responsibilities will be:

  • Braising and grilling meat.
  • Cleaning the grill at the end of every shift.
  • Ensure completion of all food preparation, set up and pack down of the kitchen.
  • Coordinate and maintain the quality of food and presentation of all meals.
  • Ensure company compliance of all OH&S/WH&S requirements including kitchen cleanliness and staff/customer safety.

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Previous kitchen experience - preferably with a focus on grilling (flat top/Char grill) would be an advantageous.
  • Desire for continuous learning and professional development
  • Thorough knowledge of food safety guidelines.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work shifts, over weekends, and on holidays, as required.
  • Fair understanding of stock rotation & stock control.
