Come join our exciting 12-week training program to set you up for success in the world of Banking & Finance. Our new program aims to build our next generation of Home Lending Advisors, with hands-on training and support to get you job ready. You’ll gain the necessary skills and experience to help our customers through the most important financial decisions of their lives: whether it’s their first home, an investment property or a new car – you’ll be there with them every step of the way!

Our Home Lending Advisors are mortgage specialists within our branches, and the first point of contact for our customers. You will create a signature experience for our customers by holding meaningful conversations to uncover their financial needs, providing them with appropriate solutions and deepening the relationship between our customers and NAB. This is a pivotal role within our Branch network with a focus on generating lending growth and identifying cross-sell opportunities.

A typical day for you will include…

  • Holding meaningful, quality conversations to determine customer goals and aspirations
  • Increasing growth and managing retention of a consumer lending portfolio
  • Proactively working to acquire new-to-NAB customers
  • Supporting the Branch Manager to help uplift the performance of the wider branch team
  • Retaining existing customers by offering appropriate financial solutions that add value to their lives!

What you will bring…

  • Experience across Banking, Finance, Retail, Sales and/or Leadership
  • Exceptional communication skills with outstanding customer service experience
  • A passion for building strong relationships within your community and surrounding network
  • Charisma, drive, ambition and a genuine appetite for supporting the financial needs of customers!
