Our Client is a West Australian success story and a household name. They are looking to appoint an experienced Site Supervisor to join their friendly team and assist with the growth of their business.

If you are looking for an opportunity to step up into a supervisory role, this could be for you, as the role is predominantly office-based.

Here are some details of the role :

· Supervision of domestic and commercial installations

· Interpretation of plans and drawings

· Strong communication skills ‘at all levels’

· Management of and planning for employees and contractors on-site

· Ensure installations comply with regulatory and statutory procedures and requirements

· Assist with installations when required, in-keeping with your experience and accreditations

· Experience of working to deadlines, within budgetary constraints

· Day-to-day liaison with clients and stakeholders

· Facilitate timely and on-budget handover to clients

· Ensure that inventory management is at suitable levels

· Ensure that staff and contractor levels are optimal

· Assist in recruitment and HR function

· Look for ‘continuous improvement’ opportunities
