The Role:

Your main objective will be to assist the Director and broader finance team in delivering a professional, streamline and unique customer experience. Your area of work will include researching loan solutions, preparing documentation and loan submissions, managing ongoing client relationships, and taking charge of the administrative requirements of the office.

Working Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm, your main duties will include:
  • Assisting in answering calls, replying to emails and booking appointments
  • Managing office administration requirements
  • Providing exceptional customer service and assisting to onboard new clients
  • Assisting to nurture existing client relationship by conducting loan reviews, repricing existing loans and providing general client support as required
  • Under instruction of the broker, researching loan solutions including policy research, ordering valuations and completing pricing requests
  • Preparing documentation and loan submissions accurately and efficiently &
  • Meeting deadlines and managing the loan application from submission through to settlement.
To be considered for this great role you will have:
  • At least 2 years previous experience in the Banking and/or Finance broking, specifically in a customer service / administration role
  • Experience in reading and interpreting financials for loan applications
  • A proven track record of meeting deadlines and juggling multiple tasks
  • Intermediate MS Office Skills
  • An extremely high level of attention to detail
  • A passion for exceptional customer service and working as part of a collaborative team
