About the role:


Reporting to the Shop Manager, in our fantastic Adelaide CBD shop, you will provide excellent customer service, sales and enquiry resolution for members, clients and potential customers in the RAA Shop.

Your ability to convert enquiries into sales together with your fantastic communication and listening skills will see you succeed in this role. Furthermore, your super friendly nature, strong team playing skills and ability to multi-task will add further to your success.

This role also has the potential to develop leadership skills and open the door to potential leadership opportunities!


Responsibilities:

  • Providing a high level of personal service for customer enquiries;
  • Actively greet customers on the shop floor;
  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets;
  • Researching and maintaining an extensive knowledge of RAA products, systems and processes; and
  • Undertaking operational shop duties and administrative tasks as required.

What you need:

At RAA we hire on cultural fit first and technical fit second! However, to be successful in the role you will need to have:

  • A history of providing high quality customer service;
  • A demonstrated track record of reaching sales targets;
  • Outstanding attention to detail along with excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Ability to multitask;
  • Intermediate PC skills; and
  • Previous experience in an Insurance/Banking or Travel industry would be an advantage.
