The Opportunity

As part of our dedicated Return to Work SA Job Placement Services (JPS) team, your role as Employment Support Consultant – JPS is to deliver employment support to injured workers. You will manage a case load and ensure a safe, successful, timely and sustained return to work with a new employer.

This is a full-time, fixed term contract until 30 June 2023 based in Hindmarsh.

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Provide support, coaching and guidance to injured workers who have commenced employment with a new employer
  • Implement strategies/interventions to ensure workers achieve ongoing sustainable employment outcomes
  • Manage claims
  • Achieve role specific KPIs for the retention in employment and financial targets

Skills and Experience Required

  • Experience in delivering high levels of customer service in a complex stakeholder environment
  • Minimum 12 months experience in employment, recruitment or rehabilitation services
  • Experience in post placement support, ongoing support or caseload management
  • Energetic, optimistic and highly resilient
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills including Microsoft word, excel and outlook

You must hold a current driver’s licence, and a national check and relevant State/Territory working with children check or be willing to obtain.
