JOB DESCRIPTION

Insurance Administration

· Place commercial insurance business

· Coordinate/Manage retail client insurance placements/cancellation

· Maintain transaction data entry

· Reconcile brokerage reports

· Follow up underwriting requirements.

· Follow up outstanding debtors

· Issue Financial Services Guide, Privacy Guide, Insurers PDS’s

Client Relationship and Communications

· Professionally answer and distribute incoming calls

· Service clients’ ongoing advice requirements through phone calls and written correspondence

· Undertake client administrative enquiries

· Coordinate and process client quotations and renewal invoicing

· Follow-up calls to new clients and existing clients

Marketing Management/Assistance

· Maintain client database

· Insurance Broker Support

· Maintain client schedule.

· Support Directors with ongoing client processing Marketing support and opportunities.

· Process business as and when required including but not limited to client quotations, renewal reports, client manuals

General Support and Administration

· Conduct general office duties as required

Insurance Advice

· Coordinate client appointments

· Maintain client schedules of Insurance

· Review and update client Renewals and New Business via Sunrise and Insurer contact

· Ongoing review and updates to all client documentation as required

Education

· Tier 1 & 2 qualification (ANZIIF) – minimum requirement

· Diploma in Financial Services (Insurance Broking) - preferred

Part-time hours: 20-30 per week

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Salary: From $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Work Eligibility:

  • Permitted to work permanently with no restriction on hours (e.g. citizen, permanent resident) (Preferred)
