Major Responsibilities

The Chaplaincy and Supervision Manager will serve the Synod of South Australia through:

Oversight of Chaplaincy

• liaison with organisations related to the UCA and appropriate government departments
• Coordination of chaplaincy reviews and appraisals
• Pastoral oversite

Management of Supervision

• liaison with presbyteries, Uniting College and other appropriate bodies to ensure training of supervisors, approval and continuing education

The Synod seeks to appoint a person with appropriate skills and personal qualities to this key role within the life of the Synod of South Australia.
