Junior and Senior receptionist casual positions available in Specialist Centre.

Candidate must have for senior receptionist position:

• Excellent communication skills in a professional manner
• A covering letter must be attached outlining why you are applying for this position and why you should be considered for the role
• at least two referees from most recent positions are to be included
• Caring nature towards patients to ensure smooth running of administration tasks
• Outstanding phone manner
• Ability to multitask and prioritise in busy times
• Excellent time management and people skills
• Neat appearance
• Experience preferred with any Medical package but ZedMed preferred
• Hours will vary week to week depending on Doctors and staff rosters with a minimum of around 25 hours per week
• Need to be available to cover for additional shifts as required
• Some days may require an 8.00am start
• Some finishes may be around 7.00pm depending on consulting
• Available at short notice will be required
• Previous experience in medical rooms
• Junior - suitable for school leaver or Uni person looking for a few hours per week to do basic admin work such as filing, scanning, attaching etc. Hours can be tailored around study if needed. A cover letter is required, outlining why you think you should be considered for this role. No previous experience required.
