Leading supplier of Heating, Cooling & Solar are currently seeking an Administrator to join their already impressive team based 10 minutes out of the CBD.

As Administrator your responsibilities would include but are not limited to:
  • Invoicing
  • Preparing purchase orders and payments
  • Creating receipts of payments
  • Data entry
  • Banking
  • Assisting the Sales team
  • General administrative support including answering phone calls and assisting customers
  • Providing ad hoc administrative support for other business locations
  • Working from additional business locations when required.
The successful candidate will have:
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Experience in the Air conditioning industry is preferred but not essential.
  • Proficient with MYOB
  • Experience with Microsoft programs
  • Multi-skill / able to handle many different tasks at one time
  • Be available to work Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm
  • Have a private vehicle and able to travel between site locations if required.
