About the role
In the role of Customer Service Coordinator your main responsibilities will be the coordination of general sales enquiries, quotations and orders involving giving technical advice to customers, processing of sales orders.
Other duties will include but are not limited to:
- Process stock availabilities, price quotations, give order status advice and technical information of general sales order enquiries
- Coordinate externally sourced stock purchasing and accurately input purchase details into computer system in a timely manner.
- Coordinate large infrastructure projects across NSW.
- File documentation relating to the above tasks.
- Develop and follow up customers and quotes via Salesforce.
- Ensure compliance with company’s policies and procedures, the Act and other regulatory requirement.
