Your New Role
Based at head office in Chullora, the eCommerce Customer Care Representative provides a personalised experience for customers. Persevering with and maximising every sale and resolving any service or product related issues., you will provide an outstanding customer service experience across a variety of mediums, such as live chat, phone, emails and social media. Working in a fun and friendly team, you will resolve customer enquiries from deliveries to collections through to returns and refunds – No two days are the same! These are casual roles in order to assist duing busy times, holidays, sickness, paternity etc.
About You
Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader, you will have a proven and successful commercial background in delivering superb customer service. Ideally from a retail, sales or contact centre background, you will have the ability to juggle multiple issues whilst being perceptive of customer needs. You will possess superb communication skills, both verbal and written, combined with a high level of listening skills. This role will involve shift patterns and some weekend work.
