The Role

The Operations Admin role is a newly created opportunity to support the Project Manager in delivering to the Customer Statements project. This is a 6-month fixed term contract opportunity. The aim of the Customer Statements project is to ensure that timely annual and weekly policy statements are delivered to our members and policy holders and that MLC Life Insurance meets our regulatory obligations.

You will be responsible for performing various tasks in the project lifecycle, ranging from engaging with stakeholders from cross functional teams such as the technology, policy administration and communications teams.

You will also be responsible for preparing any test activities and performing end to end testing on the transactions to ensure that the process is functioning the way it should.

About You

Coming from an operations or customer-oriented role within a highly regulated industry such as the financial services or insurance space, you are meticulous and highly organised in your approach.

You have proven experience in identifying, analysing and evaluating business and system issues, undertake impact assessments and provide recommendations and innovative solutions

Your ability to consult and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders and end users ensure that systems, processes and implementations delivered will meet the business and operational requirements of the project.
