About MRPV
Major Road Projects Victoria (MRPV) was established to deliver a multi-billion-dollar pipeline of key road projects across Victoria, including new roads, road widenings, new bridges and major freeway upgrades. MRPV manages complex and strategically important road projects from business case development through to completion connecting local communities and supporting Victoria's growing economy.
The Role
The Records Officer plays a key role in supporting Major Road Projects Victoria in maintaining records, document management systems and associated procedures that meet corporate and best practice requirements. In this role, you will be ensuring that all records are efficiently and effectively maintained and supporting the Records Management team to meet strict deadlines and educate the business on record keeping practices.
This is a fixed term position for 3 years.

- A strong communicator, both verbally and in your written work, with an eye for detail
- Easy going, flexible and adaptable to change
Experience in Records Management is essential. Experience in a system like TRIM, CM9, File-It, SharePoint or Team Binder is desirable, but not mandatory.
