  • $70,791 – 85,956 per annum (plus superannuation)

Your Role
The Executive Assistant manages the Office of the Deputy State controller, Industry Coordination and Recovery on a day-to-day basis The position requires you to have experience (and/or strong aptitude) in the provision of high-level support to senior executives and well-developed organisational, communication, and planning skills.
The role also provides support in the delivery of whole-of-branch projects and activities and manages business administrative systems and workforce management to support the Officer of the Deputy State Controller.

The Deputy State Controller leads the coordination of engagement strategies as they relate to high risk and at-risk businesses within the remit of the High-Risk Industries Engagement and Enforcement Operation (HRIEEO). The HRIEEO helps prevent virus spread via proactive and targeted interventions across agencies, ensure compliance by high-risk industries to COVID safe ways of operating, inform and support other COVID operations and inform economic recovery measures for high risk and at-risk industries. It coordinates intelligence led and risk-based engagement, compliance and enforcement activity for high risk and at-risk workplaces.
