Lendlease Services is currently looking for a Business Systems Analyst to join their growing Transport Infrastructure division, to work on multiple projects across Australia.

The business:

Lendlease’s Services business is a specialist maintenance and asset management contractor that provides services to the roads, water, telecommunications, power, industrial, remediation and renewable energy sectors. Services is responsible for creating, operating and maintaining public and private infrastructure which services millions of people every day and keeps communities connected and running.

The role:

As Business Systems Analyst you will develop, implement, operate and continually improve asset management systems to support the strategic plan with the Transport Infrastructure business. The asset management system involves the policy, strategy, procedures, tools and systems required to support the entire asset management lifecycle of projects. You will develop, implement and continuously improve the asset management procedures and business processes required to deliver asset management contracts in the ITS, road network, tunnels and motorway environments. You will also support the analysis, design and improvement of information systems and decision support systems for current contracts including Lendlease’s Job and Asset Management System (JAMS). Occasional interstate travel will be required throughout the year.

What key skills/qualifications does the role require?

  • Experienced in a site based role gained in an infrastructure construction or maintenance environment.
  • Detailed understanding of workflows necessary to support a successful services contracting/project environment.
  • Experience in documenting business system requirements and workflows and / or implementing Works Job or Asset Management Systems (eg: SAP, Maximo etc)
  • Proficiency in report writing software such as Tableau and/or MS Power BI would also be an advantage, as well as translating business systems to user friendly applications.
  • Strong aptitude for process improvement and system configuration, working with SQL, and a willingness to travel with moderate levels of interstate travel.
  • A passion for technology and desire to look "outside the box" to identify and embed innovation and best practise.
  • High learning agility and preferably tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Business or equivalent.
