The Organisation:

Our client is a Statutory Authority responsible for controlling water systems within Melbourne including reservoirs, and the sewerage and drainage system that services the city.

The Role:

The Payroll Advisor will be responsible for processing the organisations' payroll and assisting the payroll team, whilst proving excellent customer service to stakeholders within the organisation.


  • Efficient management and processing of high-volume employee payroll.
  • Managing pay discrepancies and other pay issues that arise is a professional and effective manner.
  • Provide pay related customer service to internal stakeholders within the organisation when required.
  • Assist other members of the payroll team when required.

About you:

  • Demonstrated experience managing and processing payroll within a large organisation.
  • Demonstrated high level competence using CHRIS 21 (mandatory) and Kronos (desirable).
  • High level customer service and communication skills (excellent written and verbal English competence is required).
  • Ability to hit the ground running and work within a fast-paced environment.
