The Company
Our partner is a household name within the facilities management industry. They have a long-standing relationship across the Australian market and have established themselves as a leader focusing on the maintenance of various accommodations across the continent.
The Role
This Assistant Accountant role has become available due to the growing confidence not only in the Melbourne Market but also within this established partner. The successful incumbent for this role will need to be an accountable / reliable Assistant Accountant able to be hands on and make this role their own.
You will be responsible for:
- Processing of invoices.
- Reconcile bank statements, receipts and payments
- Weekly reports (variances and running commentary)
- Month end reporting for multiple entities
- Assisting Accountants with year-end audit process
- Payroll duties monthly PAYG and quarterly BAS lodgements
The client is looking to have interviews conducted as soon as possible.
Successful candidates for this role will be:
- Immediately available,
- Prior experience managing month end reporting
- Assisting with year-end audit procedures
- Running and lodgement of the BAS and balance sheets for multiple entities.
