A multinational manufacturing organisation is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join their high performing team. Located in Mulgrave with onsite parking.

About the role

We are looking for a customer focused, enthusiastic, customer service consultant to join a growing team. The role involves focusing on customer service and satisfaction and providing pro-active follow up and support. Also making warm relationship calls with the aim to maximise customer retention, satisfaction and loyalty. The job entails a mixture of work, always changing from day to day due to the different and changing requirements of our clients. You will have the ability to learn quickly and apply the knowledge to understand the business, organisation and products.

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Taking incoming calls from customers
• Updating orders into the SAP system
• Calling customers to follow up and correct orders
• Refreshing expired contracts
• Entering data into SAP system
• Outbound calls to follow up on marketing activities
• Issue resolution around customer credits/returns
• Ad hoc administrative support to the internal sales team
• Phoning out and generating leads for the sales team

Skill required for this role are;

• Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint and Excel)
• SAP (desirable)
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong administrative experience
• Previous experience in a corporate sales environment
• High attention to detail
• A proactive attitude
