Do you sense that God is calling you to the exciting ministry of building a missional church? Do you have a passion to round up and follow up people around the Gospel of Jesus Christ?

The Sunset Rock Church is seeking to create the position of Pastor.

The Pastor would have responsibility for the day to day running of the church, pastorally and administratively, and would work with teams for a missional outcome. The pastor’s gift mix need not include preaching.

The role of Pastor is complemented by 0.2 FTE Minister of the Word and 0.4 FTE Intergen Worker.

We would expect a grasp of missional church, a passion for equipping disciples, and an ability to work with groups for a Gospel outcome.

Formal qualifications in Ministry Studies will be an advantage, and on-going study expected.
