Exciting opportunity for an excellent Assistant Management Accountant to join a Global Manufacturing company in their Management Reporting & Analysis team.

My client is an internationally listed, industrial manufacturing organisation with Australian HQ based in Melbourne's South-east. They design, manufacture and distribute their products globally and are a clear leader in the global market.

Description

Reporting into the Performance & Analytics Manager your responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:

• Assisting in the preparation of monthly financials and related information
• Analysis of Sales and Gross Margin reports
• Inventory analysis & stocktakes
• Deferred Revenue, unbilled revenue and costs

You will also be tasked with the completion of SAP Controlling activities including:

• Sales order costing and settlements
• Material costing
• Production order settlement
• Revenue assessment cycles
• Cost allocations

Profile

You will be a CA/CPA qualified candidate (or in progress) with at least 2 years' professional Accounting experience. You will have exposure to SAP and be highly IT-literate. Ideally you will have experience in project-based accounting. You will be a highly motivated individual with exceptional communication skills.
