Job Description

We are currently seeking highly motivated person to join our growing Sunshine Coast Commercial Real Estate team in the position of Receptionist/Administration Assistant. This multi-faceted role will provide an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to many aspects of the real estate industry including marketing and sales.

As Receptionist, you will create the first impression our clients have of this well respected brand, as well as being a central and valued member of our administration team.

The successful candidate responsibilities will include:
Answering and directing all incoming telephone calls in a professional and proactive manner
CRM database management
Co-ordinating the collation of reports and other documentation, including typing, photocopying, filing
Assisting in marketing campaign procedures, including the production of marketing materials, preparing brochures and uploading listings to on-line portals
Preparing and uploading social media sales communications

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:
Previous experience working in an administration role within the real estate industry would be advantageous
Professional and friendly telephone manner
High attention to detail to ensure production of consistent, quality reports, submissions and brochures
The ability to work with minimal supervision
Proficient in Microsoft applications - Word, Excel, Power Point.
Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud applications would be an advantage, but not essential - InDesign, Photoshop
The ability to build relationships at all levels of the business
