About the Role

This role will see you working within our home and building procurement team, building a strong foundation of relationships in our supply chain. You’ll be responsible for maintaining and building existing relationships and ensuring our service providers are performing to the legislative and Youi standards.

Day to day duties include but are not limited to:

• Support, manage and review the performance of our service provider network in line with our agreed Service Level Agreements
• Creating and monitoring performance targets for Service Providers Read and interpret relevant data to determine efficiencies and risk
• Create and provide up to date reports on our SP’s performance
• Identify any workplace health and safety risks

About You

In addition to being highly self-disciplined and motivated, you will also be well versed in the building industry.

You will also have:

• Experience working in a Relationship Management role (Highly desireable)
• Trade Qualification / Building Certification and knowledge of the industry (Highly desirable)
• Assessing or loss adjusting experience will be highly regarded
• Competent in Microsoft Office based programs and ability to produce reports
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
