CASUAL CATERING ASSISTANT – UNIVERSITY ENVIROMENT

We are currently looking for a casual Catering Assistant to join our Team at one of Victoria's prestigious Education sites located in Parkville

The key to our success is our people. Your role as Catering Assistant in this busy café/ kitchen and residential facility is to provide friendly, attentive and efficient service to our valued customers.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Providing excellent customer service
• Food preparation, including sandwiches
• Kitchen Cleaning

Bursar supervision

Following Food Safety Program

To be successful in this role you will demonstrate:

• A passion for quality food, coffee and customer service
• A current food handlers certificate
• Previous experience in food preparation
• Previous experience in a cafe environment
• Understanding of OH&S and food safety practices
• A warm, bubbly and efficient personality
• An ability to work as part of a great team
• Have excellent attention to detail

• Flexible availability to work various shifts across 7 days- Availability to work Saturday & Sunday 7am- 2.30pm a must
