Enthusiastic Wine Slingers Wanted!

We are currently looking for experienced and friendly front of house staff members to join our team on a casual basis.

Opened in April 2013 by the partners behind South Melbourne's iconic Prince Wine Store, Bellota is a wine lover's dream come true. Featuring not only an ever-changing selection of wines by the glass (including premium selections from Coravin), our guests can opt to slip next door into the wine store and choose from over 4,000 bottles, allowing you exposure to some of the greatest wines in the world on a regular basis.

To add to that, as one of the only WSET course providers in Melbourne, you are encouraged to grow your knowledge with us by undertaking a Level 2 or 3 qualification, as well as join in the numerous in house wine courses that we offer each year, from French, to Italian to Spanish.

We open Tuesday to Saturday for lunch and dinner, giving you a guaranteed and ever elusive weekend off each week. We have a small, friendly team, with an informal and personable style of service that has attracted a fantastic loyal customer base.
