JOB DESCRIPTION
Medilaw offers fair and balanced opinions to the legal, insurance, workers compensation, superannuation and government sectors across Australia. Medilaw's network of specialists express their medical opinion objectively, fairly and with due consideration to the injured party. Medilaw dually offers services that include independent medical examinations, expert witness opinions and file reviews across 18 different specialities.
Based in the Brisbane's CBD, you will be reporting directly to the Operations Manager and working closely with the wider team. You will be responsible for assisting clients with arranging suitable appointments with our extensive specialist consultant team.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Liaising with clients to plan and implement agreed services
- Scheduling of appointments
- Preparing medical files
- Providing administrative and operational support to consultant practitioners
- Providing information and advice to clients, or prospective clients
- Undertaking other tasks assigned to you, including reception duties
To be considered for this role you will have:
- Demonstrated the ability to provide exceptional client service
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Demonstrated the ability to work independently and within a group environment
- A personal approach which is enthusiastic, friendly and helpful
- Strong time management skills while maintaining a level of flexibility
- Computer literacy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel)
