Part of the CSR family, our Masonry & Insulation Business Unit comprises of Bradford Insulation, Monier Roofing and PGH Bricks & Pavers. We manufacture and market a full range of products for residential and commercial applications including a large range of products and systems that cover insulation, ventilation, solar, bricks and roof tiles.

The Opportunity!

As the business continues to grow, we now have an opportunity for an experienced and proactive Customer Service Officer to join our team in Brendale. This position would ideally suit a customer service professional who has the ability to work in a fast paced, changing environment.

A typical day looks like…

  • Providing a high level of service to customers via phone, email, and face to face
  • Processing all customer enquiries and orders in accordance with their requirements
  • Fast and accurate data entry of orders and invoices
  • Liaising with internal departments in regard to products and customer orders
  • Building meaningful relationships to ensure return customers
  • Contributing to new ideas and process improvement

What will make you a good fit for our team?...

  • Experience within a customer service or call centre environment
  • Strong attention to detail with accurate data entry skills
  • Excellent communication and organisation skills
  • Ability to effectively coordinate and manage a range of stakeholders’ requirements
  • Strong computer literacy preferably with excel and MS Office experience
  • Experience with SAP will be advantageous
