As our Automation Engineer you will be responsible for managing the Automation Agenda for the organisation by identifying process, system, infrastructure and project interdependencies and balance the competing demands to ensure project deliverables are achieved. This role demands a proactive and pragmatic approach in critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

You will work alongside a high performing team reporting to the Head of Analytics and will play a key role in our business and its future. In turn, you will be provided with a career path with multiple options for internal promotion based on your performance.

What are some of the responsibilities of the role?

  • Coordinate the automation COE including a pipeline of initiatives to be deployed and facilitating the end to end automation lifecycle from ideation to deployment and change management.
  • Build, deploy, and enhance solutions leveraging the Power Platform, UI Path and BPM solutions
  • Understand the SDLC model and what their specific activities are in designing and then delivering a solid, robust application
  • Engage relevant stakeholders, understand business problems to identify solution options resulting in adoption of the new process/system
  • Document functional and solution specifications
  • Develop Solution Overview documentation to guide implementation efforts

Adopt industry leading technologies to support best-in-class solution

What are we looking for in the perfect candidate?
  • Significant hands on experience in Robotics Process automation with Power Automate, UI Path and other BPM solutions.
  • Significant hands - on experience with Configuration and Customization on PowerApps i.e. Canvas/ Model app and Power Portal, & Dynamics 365,
  • Ability to create plug-ins, custom workflow activities
  • Some experience in creating Power BI Dashboards, Charts and Reports
  • Experience in customizations, JavaScript, C#, .NET, HTML, SQL Server, SSRS including plugins, scripting and form creation
  • Experience in working in Agile projects and using tools such as JIRA and Confluence
  • Minimum 1.5 + Years' experience in Power Platform
