Your mission: To create memorable culinary experiences
At Crown Perth, memorable experiences are created by being passionate and working together. Dressed in your freshly laundered chef whites, you will be joining our busy and dynamic team in our Banquets Pastry department as a Pastry Chef. Reporting to the Chef de Cuisine, you will assist in all areas of operational requirements and staff management in order to deliver on the Crown Perth’s vision, standards and objectives through the daily running of the business operation.
Essential Criteria
- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (Patisserie preferred)
- Experience in a 4 or 5 star environment.
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Senior Chef role
- Demonstrable experience in people management and working within diverse groups
- Experiencing in Training and empowering others
- Knowledge and commitment to Equal Opportunity, Ethical Practice and Occupational Health and Safety
The annual salary for this position is $77,400 inclusive of Superannuation.
