Are you a Registered Nurse with excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, and a passion for delivering high quality patient care? Frankston Private Hospital is looking to employ a Registered Nurse for their Scrub/Scout Unit. Suitable applicants with the right clinical background are encouraged to apply.

As a Registered Nurse Your Responsibilities Will Include
  • Deliver evidence based nursing care demonstrating Scrub/scout experience in Opthamology, Gynaecology, Urology, Plastics ans Orthopaedics
  • Liaise with the multi-disciplinary team
  • Ensure patient and staff safety
  • Direct and guide nursing team memebers to deliver patient care

We are located on the Mornington Peninsula just 45 minutes along the freeway from Melbourne CBD. We have completed our new development which has seen the expansion of our theatre complex to 5 theatres and the opening of our 60 bed overnight facility, including a 4 bed Special Observation Unit

Essential Criteria
  • Current Registration with AHPRA
  • Post Graduate Certificate in Perioperative Nursing (or working towards)
  • Proven minimum 2-3 years experience is key to this role
  • Commitment to Quality Patient care
  • Compliance with ACQSHC National standards
  • Sound clinical decision making and problem solving skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Works well independently and within a team
  • Basic computer skills
