RETAIL MANAGERPOSITION DESCRIPTIONAs the Retail Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Triangl Retail store, making sure it runs smoothly and effectively. Duties include motivating and managing the sales team, creating business strategies and developing and implementing process and procedures, management of stock in and out of the store, building and nurturing the Triangl customer base. As the Retail Manager, you will be responsible for the performance of the store and the development of the Triangl retail offering.You will report to the Triangl business owner and work closely with the marketing, design and wholesale team. KEY PURPOSEAs the Retail Manager, you will manage the operational and organisational standards of the store. Your duties will include undertaking administrative tasks, monitoring inventory levels, and developing business strategies.In addition to providing customer satisfaction and meeting monthly sales goals you will be an excellent communicator and demonstrate outstanding leadership and interpersonal skills. Accountability for the progress of strategic projects and the continued improvement of retail operational performanceFunction as a key business partner to retail Assist in the identification and execution of new retail opportunities Ensure structure is provided for the retail team and stores in KPI’s, Policies and Procedures, trading feedback process, trading calendar, training programs, controllable retail costs and all communication channels. This includes key meetings like weekly trading meeting and quarterly reviews Initiate development projects for retail systems and structures. For example, onboarding new platforms or systems for point of sale, payment providers, inventory management, scheduling tools. Ensure the ongoing development of customer management programs and the use of reporting and analysis to strengthen our understanding of our customer profile and service each market Liaise with the Marketing team to strengthen strategic targeting by customer profile to drive new foot traffic and loyalty Ensure that new store openings and renovations are coordinated effectively to maximize sales and profitability with minimum disruption to all departments involved Form a strong working relationship with relevant departments within TRIANGL in order to be the key link between TRIANGL retail and the head office for new projects and sharing of best practice Keep the CEO and key management updated on changes and performance on a store level Ensure that the retail team complies to all policies and procedures relating to Health and Safety Deliver excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction Responsible for stock replenishment Create business strategies to attract new customers, expand store traffic, and enhance profitability Hire, train, and oversee new staff Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner. Addressing with the team to eliminate negative experiences for the customer Develop and arrange promotional material and in-store displays Prepare detailed anecdotal reports on buying trends, customer requirements Undertake store administration duties such as managing store budgets and updating financial records Manage all stock ordered from Triangl HK Represent the Triangl brand and core values Work in-store programs and events as needed
