JOB DESCRIPTION
You will be working for Jacaranda Hub helping our clients apply for Grants and Awards. Current clients include engineering, retail, property and companies built on profit through purpose.
Due to significant growth, we are seeking a Grant and Awards Project Manager to join our dynamic team. You will need to identify and apply for government and non-governments grants - both state and federal, and put our companies forward for awards where they can be recognised for the work they are doing.
The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, driven and possess strong co-ordination skills. Reporting into one of the Directors, the Grants and Awards Project Manager will be responsible for developing clear, compelling and concise business proposals and grant applications, in a timely manner.
Duties included but are not limited to:
- Liaison with key stakeholders across the business to co-ordinate required information in a timely manner to meet deadlines for submissions.
- Assist in preparation of professional reports and presentations for internal and external clients.
- Search for grant and award opportunities, collaborate with the team to complete applications.
- Arrange and organise meetings for the development of submissions.
- Coordinate and develop written content for grants and awards
You will have the following skills and experience:
- Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines
- Have exceptional grammar/ formatting skills and have a complete understanding of Adobe Suite and Microsoft Office
- High attention to detail and a focus on quality outcomes
- Ability to manage your own workload on a day to day basis
