The Content Partnerships Manager – Sport Digital is responsible for the development, negotiation and delivery of market leading digital client solutions across all of Nine’s sporting properties and is responsible for working with editorial and product divisions to lead the digital sport conversation internally as well as externally in market with agency and client partners.

This position is responsible for the delivery of the digital sport network budget across properties such as NRL, Tennis and Rugby Union.

They must take complete ownership over the digital sport content portfolio and drive innovation and new ways of thinking.

Role Responsibilities

  • Produce compelling go to market collateral for digital sport properties and be responsible for the timely communication of opportunities to the sales teams and to agencies and clients
  • Work in partnership with the Sport Sales and Digital Sales teams to deliver the network sport digital budget
  • Work closely with editorial, social and creative teams to develop new commercial opportunities across the digital sport portfolio
  • Collaborate with the broader sales team and pitch commercial opportunities to clients and agencies to deliver premium revenue and manage the pipeline of commercial opportunities to deliver the best outcomes
  • Build strong relationships with key internal stakeholders from multiple departments in order to develop collaborative working relationships
  • Act as internal and external digital sport lead; provide content integration specialist support and knowledge to the wider Nine team
  • Work with Trade Marketing, Sport Sales and Content Partnerships to maximise value of client executions such as milestone research pieces in market and as internal sales tools
  • In conjunction with management, drive collaboration between Powered, Sales, interstate offices and Studios to ensure smooth brief response process that creates best possible outcomes for clients
  • Operate effectively in a solutions-based culture, demonstrate proactivity and negotiate outcomes to that effect
  • Work closely with the Client Experience team, deliver seamless implementation across your content portfolio for your clients and editorial partners
  • Effectively manage conflict resolution and compliance on campaign deliverables, working closely with content, sales & Client Experience team to deliver positive outcomes
  • Other duties as reasonably required
