The Opportunity

Currently, we're on the lookout for full-time Business Development Executives to join our team and connect with SME (50 to 200 staff) and/or Enterprise-level (200+ staff) organisations, across various industries, to create quality conversations around their recruitment needs.

Working primarily with outbound leads, you'll strive to discover an organisations recruitment goals or challenges, and identify which Scout Talent Recruitment Services and/or Software will help them attract and secure the best talent.

You will love this job if

• You see Software Enabled Services as the way forward for organisations in this digitising world, and you want to build skills that are in demand (future-proofing is important to you)
• You don't want to be handcuff to one industry - connect with great organisations, across a greater range of verticals
• You're hungry to earn and confident in your abilities - uncapped commissions!

You probably won't love this job if

• You are not comfortable having high-level conversations with SME and/or Enterprise-level organisations and their recruitment/HR teams
• You don't enjoy having new business conversations over the phone and via Zoom

What we'll offer you

• Expected first-year earnings between $70,000 - $80,000, including a negotiable base & uncapped commissions, plus super (with our high-performers earning circa $130k-$150k)
